ABSTRACT

The Photonuclear GRC brings leading researchers and young physicists to Tilton for a week in order to both discuss current theoretical and experimental work on electron and photon scattering from nucleons and nuclei, and identify important future directions for the field. Topics to be covered at the 2004 meeting include the chiral structure of the nucleon, electroweak-nuclear physics, few-nucleon systems, the transition to the scaling regime, and perturbative QCD applied to photonuclear physics.
